Cancellation Policies
All reservations made on the Boat and Trip platform are subject to the following cancellation policies. Please read the cancellation and refund procedures carefully.
1. General Cancellation Terms
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 30 days before the reservation date. In this case, 100% of your payment will be refunded.
- For cancellations made less than 30 days before the reservation date, the following refund rates apply:
- 30-15 days before: 50% of the total payment.
- 14 days or less: No refund.
2. Force Majeure Situations
- In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, or restrictions imposed by authorities, a special evaluation will be made.
- For reservations canceled due to force majeure, refund or date change options may be offered. For detailed information, please contact our support team.
3. Cancellations by the Boat Owner
- If the boat owner cancels the reservation, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
- Additionally, efforts will be made to offer an alternative boat for the same dates to prevent inconvenience.
4. Date Changes
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you must submit your request at least 15 days in advance.
- Date changes are subject to the boat’s availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds for canceled reservations will be processed within 10 business days from the confirmation of the cancellation.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation.
