At Boat and Trip, the privacy and security of your data is our top priority. On this page, you can find detailed information on how to delete your personal data.
1. Submitting a Data Deletion Request

You can delete your data using one of the following two methods:
- Request via Email: Send us an email with your data deletion request.
Email address: privacy@boatandtrip.com - Through Account Settings: Log in to your Boat and Trip account and navigate to Settings > Data Deletion to initiate the process.
- Request via Email: Send us an email with your data deletion request.

Once your request is verified, all your data will be permanently deleted from our platform.
2. Deletion Process and Timeline
- Your deletion request will be processed within 7 business days after it is received.
- All data will be deleted except for information that must be retained due to legal obligations.
3. Legal Requirements
- In some cases, your data may need to be retained for a certain period due to legal obligations.
- Such data will only be used to fulfill these legal requirements.
4. Post-Deletion Process
- Once your data is completely deleted, you will no longer have access to your account.
- Any past reservations or transaction histories will also be permanently removed.
